The East Leeds Project has launched our Crowdfunder campaign!
Take a look at: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/east-leeds-pavilion
We want to build a Pavilion as the very first Maker Space in east Leeds, where people can access affordable tools, equipment and training. As you know, we’ve already started the conversation with the local community, with over 100 people taking part. The verdict – there’s overwhelming support for a Maker Space in east Leeds!

Can you help?
If you could visit our Crowdfunder page and watch our video appeal, and then share with friends and colleagues we’d be most grateful. If you could make a donation, even of just £1 and then share socially, that would be even better.
The Crowdfunding campaign is part of ‘Projects that Matter: Leeds City Region’. The East Leeds Project made an application and was selected as a project which aims to make a difference to the local community and help people to learn new skills.
Every pound donated will be matched by Legal & General
As part of the campaign, Legal & General will match fund up to £5,000 of donations made – great news – but there are a number of worthy causes and the pot is only so big – so any help you can give us could make a real difference to our campaign.
We’ve had some very generous donations already, so if you are one of those who have already donated, many thanks! We’ll provide an update of where we are with the campaign in a couple of weeks when we send out our monthly update.
