Well this is fantastic!🙌
Thanks for a great meeting in #York today @artrightstruth! Good to hear how the project is progressing🙌
@factory_international #Manchester 😯
Thanks to @jessicabennett_art (Jess is one of our CIC Directors who joined us in 2022) for organising a hard hat tour of @factory_international #Manchester today.
Interesting morning at #Leeds #InclusiveGrowth partnership meeting in the splendid surroundings of the Civic Hall. Listening to Eve Roodhouse, Jonathan Pryor and Tom Riordan talk about the city’s existing strategy and ambitions for 2023-30 and its three pillars (People, Place, Productivity). Also heard Henri Murison, Chief Exec of Northern Powerhouse Partnership, talk about the ‘Northern story’ and differing approaches to ‘growth’.
Thanks @benedictlphillips @lenslableeds for good chats over warming coffee this morning! Lots of interesting thoughts around #Leeds, art spaces, art education, professional development, socially-engaged practice and potential for future partnership.
Waking up to the news that #Leeds has been awarded not a single penny from Round 2 of the Government’s ‘Levelling Up’ fund, including for a new Wellbeing Centre here in #Gipton.
Wow! What a fantastic start to 2023, meeting with Melvin and Erin in the School of Physics and Astronomy @universityofleeds, with @leeds2023 and @morison_studio.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported us and our work in 2022! We’re taking a break from social media as the ELP office will be closed from Weds 21 Dec to Tues 10 Jan. We’re here if you need us though so get in touch in the usual way.
Our new creative sessions for men in #EastLeeds, led by artist @hicksonkevin, have started really well! We’re taking a little break now over Christmas, but the sessions will start again on Thursday 12 Jan at the Nowell Mount Community Centre in #Harehills. See you then!
